As of Monday, 13 April 2026, only authorized users will be able to access the new Enbridge® City Clearance website. Authorized users are also required to sign in to the same using Okta Verify for identiy verification.

New Users

To become an authorized user, new users must send an email to clearances@enbridge.com Attention: Lorna Seidel-Owen with the following details:

• Name of the City/Municipality
• First and Last Name of the New User
• Government Email Address of the User

Authorized Users

Once authorized, the Enbridge team will create an Okta Verify account for the user.

The following steps must be completed to validate the Okta Verify account:

• Refer to the Welcome email sent by okta.com
• The email will display the username and the URL to the sign-in page: https://eguwib2b.okta.com
• Click the Activate Okta Account button in the email. NOTE: Users have 90 days from the receipt of the email to activate the Okta account

Accessing the Enbridge City Clearance Application

NOTE: Users must be authorized and have validated their Okta Verify account before completing the steps below. Users will not be able to use any past credentials to login to the new application.

• Users will need their Okta Verify credentials (email address for the user ID and created password) to login to the application
